Outside25 2027 – Ticket Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for and to all attendance at Outside25 2027. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to comply with these conditions and any reasonable instructions given by the organisers, security team or event staff and volunteers.
Outside25 takes place within the grounds of a private property. We ask everyone attending to respect the venue, our neighbours, fellow guests and the team of volunteers who help make the event possible.
1. Tickets, Purchases & Refunds
Ticket purchases
Tickets are subject to availability and are limited to a maximum of 8 tickets per purchaser. This limit is in place to help ensure tickets reach genuine Outside25 attendees and to discourage ticket touts, automated purchasing and unauthorised resale platforms from buying tickets in bulk for resale at inflated prices.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel any tickets where they reasonably believe the purchase limit has been deliberately circumvented, multiple bookings have been made to avoid the restriction, or tickets have been purchased primarily for unauthorised resale.
Ticket transfers and resale
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the prior agreement of the organisers. Tickets advertised or resold through unofficial resale platforms, including social media, may be cancelled and admission refused.
Identification
The person who purchased the tickets may be asked to provide suitable photo identification and/or the original payment card used for the transaction. Please ensure that the name associated with the booking is correct.
Refunds
Refund requests may be made up until 11.59pm on Tuesday 22 June 2027. After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable and Outside25 reserves the right not to issue a refund, except where required by law.
We fully appreciate that plans and circumstances can change at the last minute. However, Outside25 is organised and run by volunteers, and in the final days leading up to the event our entire team needs to focus on preparing the site and making the weekend happen. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to deal with last-minute cancellations and refund requests, and we hope you understand.
Failure to attend the event, for whatever reason, does not in itself entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
For additional peace of mind, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the optional refund protection/insurance offered through TicketSource when purchasing your tickets. This may provide cover should certain unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
Please note that the cost of TicketSource’s optional refund protection/insurance is non-refundable, including where Outside25 agrees to refund the ticket price directly. Any refund agreed and processed by the Outside25 team will therefore relate to the ticket price only and will not include booking fees, the cost of optional refund protection/insurance, or any other non-refundable charges applied by the ticketing provider.
2. Admission & Security
Right of admission
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or require a guest to leave where they reasonably consider this necessary for the safety, security and/or enjoyment of the event, other guests, staff, volunteers or the venue.
This may include, but is not limited to, threatening, abusive, disruptive, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, failure to follow reasonable instructions, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
No refund will normally be given where admission is refused, or a guest is removed because of their behaviour or a breach of these conditions.
Security searches
Guests and their belongings may be subject to security checks before entering the event. Bags may be searched and prohibited items may be confiscated, held until departure or guests refused entry to the site.
Please cooperate with our security and event teams. These measures are there to help keep everyone safe.
3. Food, Drink & Alcohol
Outside food and drink
Guests must not bring their own food or drinks into Outside25. Food, alcoholic drinks and soft drinks will be available to purchase during the event.
Our independent food suppliers may not be able to accommodate all allergies, intolerances or specialist dietary requirements. If you have a medical, allergy-related or other essential dietary requirement which means that you need to bring your own food, please contact the Outside25 team before the event so that we can discuss how we may be able to assist.
Drinking water
Free drinking water will be available on site.
Guests may bring an empty plastic bottle or reusable flask to fill from the free water supply. Bottles or containers brought to the entrance containing water, soft drinks or other liquids may be required to be emptied before admission.
Alcohol
Alcohol must not be brought into Outside25.
Guests and their belongings may be searched on entry. Any alcohol discovered may be held securely by the event team and, where practicable, returned when the guest leaves the event.
A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase from the bars on site. Alcohol will only be sold in accordance with UK licensing requirements, and proof of age may be requested.
4. Seating
Outside25 2027 is now a fully seated event, and seating is provided for ticket holders.
For safety, space and access reasons, guests must not bring their own chairs, stools, picnic chairs or other forms of seating into the event.
Any unauthorised seating brought to the venue may have to be left outside the event area.
5. Accessibility
Outside25 is held within the grounds of a private residential property and is not a purpose-built event venue.
Following a risk assessment of the grounds, terrain, access routes and event layout, there are significant limitations affecting wheelchair access to the site.
Guests with mobility or accessibility requirements are strongly encouraged to contact the Outside25 team before purchasing tickets so that we can explain the site conditions, discuss individual requirements and determine whether appropriate and safe arrangements can reasonably be made.
We want as many people as possible to enjoy Outside25 safely, but the nature of the property and grounds means that some accessibility requirements may unfortunately not be capable of being accommodated.

The event is held at a private residential property with significant wheelchair and mobility-access limitations. Unfortunately, not every requirement can be safely accommodated.If you have a mobility issue and require specific seating arrangements, please contact the Outside25 team no later than 18 September 2026. - We will do our best to arrange suitable seating within the existing event layout, subject to availability and what can be safely accommodated. To request an accessibility seating arrangement, you will need to provide a copy of your Nimbus Access Card or a current PIP/DLA entitlement letter when making your request. You may also be asked to show the original document, or appropriate proof of the original, when entering the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that requests received after the deadline can be accommodated.
6. Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Outside25 is an outdoor event and will proceed in rain, high temperatures or other adverse weather conditions where the organisers consider that it remains safe and lawful to do so.
Guests are responsible for checking the weather forecast and arriving appropriately prepared, including bringing suitable clothing, footwear and sun protection where required.
Refunds, exchanges or compensation will not be provided solely because of adverse weather where the event continues as scheduled.
If weather conditions or another circumstance make it unsafe or unlawful for the event to proceed, the organisers will provide further information to ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights where the event is cancelled, postponed or materially altered by the organiser.
7. Changes to the Event
Outside25 is a live event and, occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require changes to the advertised programme.
Artists, performers, supporting acts, musicians, band members, timings and other elements of the programme may therefore be subject to change.
A change to an individual performer, musician, supporting act or running order will not normally constitute cancellation of the event or entitle ticket holders to a refund.
8. Safety Within the Grounds
Outside25 takes place within a private garden and guests should take particular care when moving around the site.
Please pay attention when using paths, steps, grassed areas, bridges and routes to and from the toilets and other facilities, particularly during wet weather or after dark.
Guests must follow any safety signs, barriers and instructions provided by the organisers, security staff or volunteers.
Please also respect the gardens, plants, trees, statues, ornaments, buildings and other features of the property. Guests must not enter the main house, the pool house or its garden, areas marked as private, restricted or closed to the public.
9. First Aid & Emergencies
First aid
If you require first aid or assistance during the event, please speak to a member of the Outside25 team or go to the main entrance, where assistance can be arranged.
If you feel unwell, please tell someone rather than attempting to leave or manage the situation alone.
Emergency evacuation
In the event of a fire or other emergency, guests must follow instructions from event staff and security.
Unless instructed otherwise, the designated assembly area is in front of the Church, to the right after exiting the garden.
Please do not leave the assembly area until instructed that it is safe to do so.
10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for looking after their own belongings while attending Outside25.
The organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal possessions which are lost, stolen or damaged, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Please report any lost or found property to the event team at the main entrance.
11. Prohibited Items & Behaviour
Items which may present a danger, cause disruption or interefere with the enjoyment of the event may not be brought onto the site.
This includes, where applicable, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, flares, glass bottles, unauthorised alcohol, professional recording equipment and any other item that security or event management reasonably considers unsuitable or unsafe.
Guests must behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, performers, volunteers, staff, neighbours and the property itself.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or seriously disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. A refund would not normally be given.
12. Photography & Recording
Personal photography and short personal video recordings are permitted unless otherwise advised by the organisers.
Professional photography, filming, audio recording, livestreaming or the use of professional recording equipment requires prior permission from Outside25.
Guests must follow any instructions relating to photography or recording during particular performances or areas of the event.
13. Responsibility & Liability
Guests attend Outside25 at their own risk and are responsible for acting sensibly and following reasonable safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The organisers will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Cancellation, Postponement or Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Outside25 may occasionally need to be cancelled, postponed, relocated or materially changed because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers, including severe weather, safety concerns, emergency situations, government restrictions or other exceptional circumstances.
Where this happens, ticket holders will be informed of the available options and any applicable refund arrangements as soon as reasonably practicable.
Any refund liability will normally be limited to the ticket price paid, subject to applicable consumer law and the terms of the ticketing provider.
15. Respecting Outside25 & Mill Cottage
Outside25 is a very special event held within the grounds of a private home, and we are fortunate to be able to welcome guests into this unique setting.
Please help us protect the property and gardens by respecting all restricted areas, barriers and instructions from our volunteers and event team.
We also ask everyone attending to be considerate of our neighbours when arriving at and leaving the event.

Outside25 is organised with the aim of creating a safe, friendly and memorable celebration of George Michael’s life and music while raising money for some fantastic causes.
Please look after yourselves, look out for one another, respect the garden and our neighbours, and help our volunteers and event team by following their instructions.
